Lambda HPX L-5 High Power LED Light Source, Sutter Instrument (CAT#: STEM-LE-1345-LC)

Lambda HPX-L5 is a liquid light guide coupled version of our latest high power LED light source HPX. The liquid light guide allows the LED to be cooled by an internal radiator with a whispering fan. This requires less maintenance than the water-cooled direct installation version. Lambda HPX-L5 is designed around a single 90W 3 mm LED chip. When using the same light guide, it can provide light output equivalent to 150W xenon arc lamp. The Lambda HPX-L5 is optimized for coupling with the optional 5 mm liquid light guide and off-the-shelf microscope adapter. After 60,000 hours, HPX is expected to retain 70% of its original light output.
