The Laboratory Nitrogen Generator uses an improved double-cathode stainless steel electrolytic separation cell for efficient nitrogen production. Electrolysis and oxygen exhaust occur simultaneously, ensuring smooth electrolyte circulation. The large electrolysis area, low cell temperature, and advanced design provide high gas production and purity (>99.997%). The unit features a unique anti-liquid return device, voltage stabilization, and automatic gas circuit shutoff during power failure. Models are available for use with an external air source (II Series) or with a built-in oil-free compressor (P Series) for convenient standalone operation.
