The Illuminator Reflectance Lamp provides stable illumination over the entire spectral range of the FieldSpec line for reliable diffuse reflectance measurements. Its unique design yeilds a stable output with has a smooth spectral curve in the SWIR range, and minimizes backscatter and time-varying lamp energy output. The lamp produces a clear beam to maximize the light energy on the sample region while maintaining the minimum stray light came from the surrounding surface.
