The HX-SXJ64 is a graphite digester for batch acid digestion and sample pretreatment. It is suitable for environmental monitoring, food and agricultural product inspection, and consumer product quality-control workflows. The instrument can process sewage, drinking water, sludge, soil, milk powder, fish, vegetables, tobacco, plants, fertilizers, cosmetics, and industrial product samples. PID microchip temperature control supports accurate heating regulation. The integrated wrap-around heating structure supports consistent digestion across multiple positions. High-purity graphite heating material and a Teflon-coated surface support acid and alkali resistance. Double-layer heat insulation helps reduce heat loss and improve operating safety. Over-temperature and abnormal heating alarms support controlled digestion operation.
