AMMS®CD3/CD19 BsAb is a bispecific T cell-engaging protein that can connect T cells and cancer cells, allowing T cells to selectively approach cancer cells and achieve specific killing for therapeutic purposes. AMMS®CD3/CD19 BiMab not only brings T cells in contact with tumor cells but also forms a complex by binding to the CD3 receptor on the surface of T cells. This further activates the T cell signaling pathway, leading to the expression of CD69, CD25, upregulation of cell adhesion molecules (CD2), transient release of inflammatory cytokines, T cell activation, and proliferation.
