Description

Optimized for high-throughput and research applications, this kit uses SYBR Green dye-based real-time PCR for the detection of Human Rhinovirus 14. Amplification of the target gene leads to fluorescence emission, which is monitored in real time. This allows for effective and reproducible detection of target nucleic acids across a range of experimental conditions.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.

Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
