The HR-BASIC30 is a high pressure homogenizer for laboratory and small-process sample treatment. It uses a plunger-driven high-pressure valve system to disperse and homogenize materials. Samples are subjected to compression, impact, cavitation, and shear as they pass through the homogenizing valve. This process helps break agglomerates and improve dispersion uniformity. The instrument is suitable for Escherichia coli, yeast, insect cells, and similar biological samples. A hygienic pressure sensor provides pressure indication with 1 bar accuracy. The modular structure supports operation and maintenance in laboratory settings. A standard chiller is supplied for temperature control during processing.
