The KJ837-1 histological staining solution is a ready-to-use reagent designed for routine hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining of tissue sections in clinical and research pathology laboratories. It is formulated as a modified or standard formulation of the respective dye class-Gill's hematoxylin for nuclear staining or alcohol-based eosin for cytoplasmic staining-providing consistent, reproducible results. The hematoxylin solution provides sharp, well-defined nuclear staining with high chromatin contrast, facilitating accurate pathological interpretation of tissue architecture and cytological detail. The eosin solution delivers uniform, bright cytoplasmic staining with excellent differentiation between tissue compartments, supporting clear visual assessment of cellular morphology. The ready-to-use formulation eliminates the need for in-laboratory preparation, reducing variability and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency across staining runs. The product is compatible with both manual staining racks and fully automated high-throughput tissue staining machines used in high-volume pathology departments.
