The GJ Series is a sealed laboratory sample pulverizer for processing hard metallic and nonmetallic ores and mineral raw materials. It is suitable for production inspection and laboratory sample preparation in geology, mining, metallurgy, coal, chemicals, building materials, research institutes, and educational laboratories. The machine uses a vibration-grinding operating principle. Each grinding bowl contains a crushing ring and crushing hammer that impact and grind the sample during high-speed operation. Dry and brittle materials can normally be reduced to powder within one to three minutes according to the listed specification. The standard output fineness is 120-200 mesh, while special finer configurations require advance ordering. Each bowl accepts less than 100 g of material with a feed particle diameter below 13 mm. The sealed structure limits sample loss and supports cleaner laboratory operation. A compact mechanical design, adjustable timer, and accessible construction simplify operation and maintenance.
