Developed to replace traditional filter bags and cages, each pleated bag filter has an integral structural design allowing it to be used in new systems or as a simple retrofit in existing bag house equipment to enhance the system performance.

Pleated bag filters provide more filter media than traditional felt bags to increase filter surface area and thus filter capacity. With up to 2-3 times the lifespan of conventional 16 oz polyester felt bag filters, pleated bag filters offer almost double the filtration area in existing equipment due to the added media in the pleated bag design.

While airflow remains constant, the increased filter area results in a lower air to media ratio, resulting in significantly higher filtration efficiency at significantly lower differential pressure. Pleated bag filters are shorter than standard fabric bags, allowing for a greater shedding area and less chance of bag fraying.

Multiple mounting styles to suit all operating conditions, available in various configurations top load, bottom load and oval styles with a variety of filter media options including ePTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) and spunbond polyester. High temperature media and configurations are also available.
