FFU Super Thin Type Type fan filter units manufactured by Air Clean Deviser Taiwan Corp. provide air filtration for cleanrooms from class 1 up to 100,000 and can be set at individual areas, perfect for minor environmental situations and specific spaces.
The ceiling back is a low-pressure area, so there is very little chance of leakage.
By arranging the layout of the unit, it is possible to use a bay method or a through-the-wall method.
Each area can be set to receive a certain volume of air.
