A special process is adopted in the crystalline tetrafluoroethylene material. At a temperature close to the melting point, a microporous membrane with a three-dimensional network structure is produced by extruding into a film and combined with bidirectional stretching technology. The pore size, thickness and porosity of the film can be adjusted according to requirements during stretching. The pore size is small, the porosity is high, the chemical stability is good, and the temperature resistance range is wide (the operating temperature is 190°C-260°C, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 300°C). FCSF-eptfe membrane can be combined with a variety of filter materials. After processing, it forms a membrane-coated filter material, which greatly improves the filtration accuracy of traditional filter materials. It has the functions of low positive power, high efficiency, waterproof, breathable, easy dust removal, and anti-clogging.
