Description
Fan Filter Unit manufactured by Accumax India provides air filtration for cleanrooms.
Laminar airflow is ensured by internal baffle plates and anodized aluminum diffuser panels.
The low-profile design allows the cleanroom to be installed inside a room with a standard ceiling height of 9 feet (2743 mm).
The design is quiet, low-vibration, measuring only 50 dBA at 30" (762 mm) from the filter face at 90 FPM (0.5 m/s).
Provides an average velocity of 90+ feet per minute (0.45+ m/sec) and airflow of 640+ CFM (1088 m3/hr) at 100% medium setting (2' x 4', 610 mm x 1219 mm, model).
A reliable, self-powered Fan/Filter Unit meets cleanliness standards down to Class 10 (ISO 4), providing a uniform flow of micro-filtered air.
In all models, there is a three-setting (high/medium/low) centrifugal fan/motor with permanently lubricated bearings enclosed in a white powder-coated steel housing with a drop-in prefilter.
By using advanced baffle technology, airflow is uniformly distributed across the filter face and sound is attenuated.
Choose HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, rated 99.99% efficient at removing particles of 0.3 microns or ULPA (Ultra-Low Penetration Air) filters, rated 99.999% efficient at removing particles of 0.12 microns.
Depending on the air quality in your home, they provide years of no-maintenance, 24/7 operation.
The housing is powder-coated GI sheet or stainless steel 304.
