These single-use columns are economical, general-purpose columns for single-use cleanup applications using gravity flow.
Simple, cost effective and easily adaptable to a wide range of gravity flow applications.
Manufactured from high-purity medical-grade polypropylene, stable in commonly used chemicals and reagents.
Various sizes are available to suit different experiments.
Each empty column has an end cap, a retaining ring and a filter disc as support for the bed. An additional filter pan is also provided for extra support and clean flow when required. Filter pans can also be placed on top of gravity-settled media beds to prevent media from drying out during preparation and storage. Rings are optional. When it is used, it helps keep the top frit in place during chromatography applications.
