Electronic-Grade PP Ultrapure-Water Cartridge, 18 MΩ (CAT#: STEM-BC-3009-ZJF)

This electronic-grade cartridge is designed for filtration of ultrapure water with a resistivity of up to 18 MΩ. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene flow-distribution layers. The cartridge is pleated to provide a large effective area and stable liquid flow. Electronic-grade production includes controlled cleanroom assembly and extended high-purity-water rinsing. The rinsing process is intended to minimize extractables that could affect water quality or resistivity. The cartridge is assembled without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. A broad pore-size range supports prefiltration, polishing, and terminal particle removal in semiconductor and photovoltaic water systems. Imported and domestic membrane options are available for different retention requirements. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
