Electrically Heated Stainless Steel Vent Filter, 0-150°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-2897-ZJF)

This electrically heated sanitary vent filter is designed to prevent condensate accumulation in tank breathing systems. It consists of a stainless steel vent housing, insulated heating jacket, and temperature-control enclosure. Controlled heating maintains the filter and housing above the condensation point during operation. The system is suitable for water-for-injection tanks, preparation vessels, fermentation tanks, and filtration or purification systems. A segmented heating-power design reduces temperature differences between the upper and lower portions of the cartridge. An internal overtemperature breaker protects the filter if the heating temperature exceeds the safety limit. Double-wall stainless steel construction and porous insulation reduce heat loss and keep the external surface near ambient temperature. The controller separately displays the measured heating temperature and selected setpoint. The removable fluoropolymer-covered fastening arrangement simplifies installation, inspection, and maintenance.
