EasyLife™L is a unique fluorometer at a reasonable price. Using our proprietary "single shot" detection technology, EasyLife™L is fast and super sensitive. For each pulse of the xenon lamp, the system will collect the entire attenuation curve. Because it can operate at frequencies up to 500 HZ, EasyLife™L collect, sum and average up to 500 complete attenuations in one second. This can not only provide instantaneous results, but also greatly enhance the signal-to-noise ratio of luminescence studies. OBB EasyLife™L can accurately measure the life span from a few microseconds to 300 milliseconds, and is an ideal system for the determination of lanthanide resonance energy transfer (LRET) kinase activity. And it is very simple to use, anyone in the laboratory can operate the system.
