The DS-140EX is a medium-capacity explosion-proof oven for drying, curing, and baking applications. It is designed for environments containing IIB-class explosive gas mixtures within the stated temperature groups. The composite protection system uses flameproof and intrinsically safe electrical technologies. The LCD displays set temperature, current temperature, holding time, and heating status on one screen. Microcomputer PID regulation provides precise and stable temperature control. Forced-air circulation directs heat evenly across the 136 L chamber. The thick 304 stainless-steel liner, adjustable shelves, and rounded corners provide durability and convenient cleaning.
