Differential Ureaplasma Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0159-ZJF)

Highlights

Kit components are pre-prepared; users only supply DNA.
Primer design targets conserved elements for accurate identification.
High-performance sensitivity for trace detection.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0159-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Differential Ureaplasma

Model: 25090

Description

The kit uses SYBR Green real-time PCR to detect Differential Ureaplasma by amplifying its conserved gene segments. The specific primers and optimized reaction mix enable efficient amplification and signal generation. Fluorescence is captured in real time by the PCR instrument, facilitating sensitive and accurate analysis of the target nucleic acid.
