DGPFMP / GPFMP High Efficiency Hydrophobic PTFE Gas Sterilizing Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0033-ZJF)

DGPFMP and GPFMP are hydrophobic PTFE gas sterilizing filters designed for sterile filtration of air and process gases. DGPFMP uses a dual-layer PTFE membrane, while GPFMP uses a single-layer PTFE membrane. Both designs use a reinforced temperature-resistant polypropylene center core to improve thermal and pressure stability. The filters are suitable for sterile inlet and exhaust filtration of fermentation tanks, storage tanks, mixing tanks, sterile packaging gas, compressed air, nitrogen, and corrosive gases. The hydrophobic membrane supports sterile filtration under dry or humid conditions. The product provides high flow, low pressure drop, and high retention efficiency. It supports repeated online steam sterilization and high-pressure steam sterilization. Each filter is integrity tested before shipment and can be tested during use.
