The DGLS-50B is a 50 L vertical steam sterilizer with an updated bolt-lid structure. It is designed for hospitals, universities, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and biological research units. The system sterilizes instruments, dressings, glassware, solutions, and culture media with saturated steam. Its shell, chamber, and loading baskets are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. The automatic controller uses PID logic and heating-parameter self-tuning for stable operation. LED digital indication and a pressure gauge allow direct monitoring of sterilization conditions. The self-expanding silicone gasket provides reliable sealing and extended service life. A safety valve releases pressure automatically if the vessel pressure exceeds the specified limit. Low-water protection stops heating and provides an audible and visual warning. Users can select automatic steam discharge or natural cooling after the cycle.
