The DGLS-100B is the largest bolt-lid vertical steam sterilizer in the listed series. It is intended for large-volume sterilization in medical, pharmaceutical, academic, food, chemical, and biological facilities. The chamber accommodates instruments, dressings, glassware, solutions, and culture media. Automatic program control manages heating, sterilization, and pressure-reduction stages. The outer shell, sterilization vessel, and baskets use 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. PID control and automatic heating adjustment support rapid and accurate temperature regulation. A digital LED panel and pressure gauge provide clear status monitoring. The silicone sealing ring expands under pressure to maintain a secure chamber seal. Safety-valve protection, door alarms, and low-water shutdown improve operating safety. Users can select automatic exhaust or natural cooling after sterilization is complete.
