The DGL-75B is a high-capacity vertical steam sterilizer for laboratory and institutional use. It sterilizes instruments, dressings, glass containers, and compatible liquid materials with saturated steam. The cabinet, pressure chamber, and loading basket are made from 304 stainless steel. These surfaces provide durability, corrosion resistance, and easy routine cleaning. A microcomputer system uses PID control and automatic parameter tuning for accurate temperature regulation. The LED display and pressure gauge provide simultaneous digital and mechanical monitoring. A handwheel lid and safety interlock prevent opening while pressure is present. The program remains disabled until the lid is correctly secured. Low-water detection interrupts heating and activates audible and visual alarms. Automatic steam discharge and natural cooling modes provide two options for end-of-cycle pressure reduction.
