The DAC-LX isocratic system is designed for stable industrial preparative liquid chromatography. It uses programmable logic control and an industrial computer for coordinated production operation. The elution pump employs a simulated three-sine delivery structure to stabilize liquid flow. Low pressure pulsation supports consistent chromatographic bed loading and separation. The workstation provides centralized control through a simplified operating interface. Mechanical and electrical modules are arranged compactly to reduce installation space. Explosion-proof external construction can be supplied for controlled production environments. An optional thermal-management heat exchanger can operate independently or together with the chromatography system. Integrated functions include degassing, online filter switching, column bypass, and bidirectional column flushing.
