Introduction

Cytotoxicity assays measure the ability of cytotoxic compounds to cause cell damage or cell death.
Compounds in drugs may cause toxic damage to various tissues and organs, and these toxicities can be detected early in corresponding cell models, providing important reference materials for drug development. Detection methods include high-throughput/high-content toxicity screening, MTT/cck8 and other methods, and toxicity includes liver toxicity, cardiotoxicity, renal toxicity, etc.
