CP Wall-Pass System, SS-6-CB, 6 Inch TC (CAT#: STEM-BC-0100-ZJF)

The CP wall-pass system is designed for closed aseptic fluid transfer between cleanroom areas. It uses stainless steel wall-pass hardware together with customized disposable fluid assemblies. The system can support same-grade or cross-grade transfer depending on the configuration. Stainless steel components include transfer sleeves, ferrules, sanitary clamps, blind plates, and related sealing components. Silicone and EPDM gaskets are used as part of the sealing structure. The system supports single-route or multi-route fluid transfer through a sealed pathway. It reduces the risks associated with manual container transfer, including breakage, leakage, and product loss. The design is suitable for buffer, media, intermediate, bulk liquid, and filling-related transfer applications.
