Introduction

Liver cirrhosis is a common clinical chronic progressive liver disease, which is diffuse liver damage caused by long-term or repeated effects of one or more causes. In the early stage, there may be no obvious symptoms due to the strong compensatory function of the liver. In the later stage, liver function damage and portal hypertension are the main manifestations, and multiple systems are involved.

Procedure

• Methods: Chemical cirrhosis (carbon tetrachloride CCL4, thioacetamide TAA, dimethylnitrosamine DMN), alcoholic cirrhosis, surgical cirrhosis, immune cirrhosis, viral cirrhosis.
• Experimental procedure (taking intraperitoneal injection of CCL4 as an example):
1. Preparation of Male SD Rats.
2. Intraperitoneal injection of CCL4 solution.
3. Drink water with different concentrations of alcohol at the same time.
4. Generally, after 8-12 weeks, the model is successfully constructed.
