PhyTip columns with CaptureSelect FcXL affinity matrix can be used for the purification of recombinant human IgG, Fc fusion proteins and plasma-derived IgG by binding to the CH3 domain of all human IgG subclasses (I, II, III and IV).

Affinity ligands for ThermoFisher's CaptureSelect™ media are based on recombinant antibody fragments of only 14 kDa in size and can be adapted for highly selective binding to certain moieties or antibodies and antibody fragments.
