Description

This real-time PCR detection kit is based on SYBR Green fluorescence chemistry and is intended for the analysis of Caprine Arthritis-Encephalitis Virus nucleic acids. Primers targeting conserved regions enable specific amplification. During the reaction, fluorescent signals are emitted and continuously tracked by the system, providing reliable, real-time quantification and identification of the target sequence.
