The Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD19 Protein, His Tag manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for detecting CD19-positive cells in research.
CD19 protein plays a central role in B cell activation and humoral immune responses. It is required for the responsiveness of mature B cells to antigen stimulation, germinal center development, and antibody affinity maturation. CD19 has emerged as a promising therapeutic target for hematologic cancers and solid tumors.

Source: Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD19 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Met1-Lys291.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant CD19 consists of 283 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 31.6 kDa.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS. Normally 5% - 8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
