BILON series photochemical reactors have the functions of providing samples for analyzing reaction products and free radicals, measuring reaction kinetic constants, and measuring quantum yields. They are widely used in research fields such as chemical synthesis, environmental protection, and life sciences.

(1) The main part
The power of the light source can be continuously adjusted in size
Temperature protection: power off protection when the cabinet is above 50°C
BILON integrated light source controller can be used for various light sources such as mercury lamps, xenon lamps, and metal halide lamps
Mercury lamp power adjustment range: 200~1000W can be adjusted continuously
Xenon lamp power adjustment range: 100~1000W can be continuously adjusted
Metal halide lamp power adjustment range: 200~400W can be continuously adjusted
(2) Small volume reaction part
Quartz test tube specifications: 30ml, 50ml (or customized)
Can process 8 samples at the same time (or customized)
Eight-position magnetic stirring device can adjust the stirring speed of 8 samples synchronously
(3) Large-capacity reaction part
Glass reaction vessels can be selected from 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, etc. (or customized)
Powerful magnetic stirrer makes the sample fully mixed and exposed to light
(4) Low temperature coolant circulation device BILON-T-1000S

1. Microcomputer controller, the power is continuously adjustable.
2. The chassis has a built-in temperature protection sensor, and the temperature inside the box is too high to activate the power-off protection.
3. The controller is equipped with an ammeter and a voltmeter, which is convenient for observing current and voltage changes.
4. Double-layer quartz cold trap, which can be circulated through cooling water to avoid damage to the light source due to high temperature.
5. There are 2 special sockets on the left side of the box for the lamp source and the plug of the stirring reactor in the box.
6. Equipped with a movable cart, which is easy to move or fix.
