The TES-1 is a laboratory benchtop electrospinning system designed for performing modular laboratory electrospinning. It integrates a positive high-voltage supply, dual-channel independent syringe pump, reciprocating nozzle, and rotary-collector controller. The collector is positioned separately so different collection devices can be exchanged without changing the main enclosure. The compact footprint allows the system to operate on a laboratory bench or inside a fume hood. A removable PFA liquid path separates the pump from the energized nozzle. The reciprocating nozzle supports different single, dual, multiple, and coaxial nozzle holders. The rotary controller provides variable-speed forward and reverse operation for compatible collectors. Electrical protection, secure O-terminal high-voltage connections, grounding, and emergency stop support laboratory operation.
