Volador-96 is a high-throughput automated nucleic acid extraction instrument for magnetic-bead purification. The platform increases sample capacity while retaining automated heating, mixing, magnetic handling, and method control functions. Up to ninety-six samples can be processed in a single workflow using compatible 96-well plates and magnetic sleeves. Temperature-controlled steps support lysis and elution over a broad thermal range. Multi-mode mixing supports reagent blending and bead suspension during extraction procedures. The open magnetic-bead format allows different extraction kits to be used according to the laboratory method.
