Description

NEMO-15D is an automated liquid-handling system configured for NGS library quality-control workflows. The system combines a dual-head liquid-handling arrangement with an integrated high-throughput fluorescence quantitation module. Two pipetting volume ranges allow the platform to balance low-volume precision with faster larger-volume transfers. Up to ninety-six library samples can be processed through automated concentration measurement and downstream normalization tasks. The workflow can automatically generate sample-concentration output tables and reduce manual transcription during library quality control. Pressure-based liquid-level detection supports controlled aspiration while tip-state monitoring is available on the single-channel path. Graphical software and stored methods support pre-library normalization, post-library quantitation, normalization, and pooling procedures. The system is intended for sequencing laboratories that need automated library concentration handling without building a complete library-preparation line.
