The FREESTYLE GPC EVA is an automated GPC cleanup and concentration system for automated gel-permeation cleanup, solvent exchange, and quantitative concentration. The platform combines gel-permeation cleanup with an automated evaporative concentration module. A dual-plunger liquid-chromatography pump provides GPC solvent delivery. Low-temperature reduced-pressure evaporation is used to protect heat-sensitive target compounds. Vacuum concentration and nitrogen blowdown can be used sequentially for controlled final-volume adjustment. A jacketed PID-controlled heating block is used during final-volume processing near room temperature. The integrated oil-free chemical diaphragm pump is listed at 0.8 m³/h with an adjustable vacuum range from approximately 2 mbar to 1 atm. An enhanced nitrogen-blowdown option supports final concentration near the target volume.
