The Anti-Human HER-2 mAb manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for targeting HER-2 positive cells and modulating immune responses in cell therapy.
HER2, also known as ErbB2, is a member of the human epidermal growth factor receptor family and plays a significant role in signal transduction. The signaling pathways mediated by Her-2/neu protein include the Ras/Raf/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway, signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) pathway, and PLC pathway, among others. Her-2/neu protein is typically expressed only during the fetal period and is expressed at low levels in very few tissues in adulthood. Expression of Her-2/Neu has been found in various human cancers, such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, primary renal cell carcinoma, and endometrial cancer, among others. In gastric cancer cells, Her-2/neu protein is mainly located on the cell membrane, with a small amount expressed in the cytoplasm.
Storage: Store at 2~8°C with a shelf life of 24 months. If needed for aliquoting, aliquots can be stored at -20°C for 6 months or at -80°C for 12 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
