Analysis of IL-17F (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0315-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is mainly produced by T helper cell TH17. IL-17 can directly or indirectly induce a variety of cytokines, chemokines, inflammatory factors and antimicrobial proteins to identify target genes mediating autoimmunity and chronic infection. Recent studies have demonstrated that IL-17 is closely related to the development of tumors.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Rat Monoclonal
