The Amicon® Ultra from Merck KGaA are high-concentration centrifugal filters for concentrating biological samples which contains antigens, antibodies, enzymes, nucleic acids or microorganisms. Ideal for purifying macromolecular components from cell lysates, as well as for desalting and buffer exchange. The high recovery Ultracel regenerated cellulose membranes are available in a range of molecular weight cut-offs (MWCO) from 3 kDa to 100 kDa.
