AMPLATZER Vascular Plug 4 (CAT#: AM-IA-0879-LC)

AMPLATZER Vascular Plug 4 is a self-expanding nickel-titanium alloy mesh occlusion device. There is a radiopaque marker band at each end. There is a micro-screw attachment at one end to attach to the delivery line.
The device is factory-connected to a 155 cm delivery line in a hoop dispenser. The device is preloaded into the loader. Plastic vise is also provided, which can be fixed on the delivery line to help to remove equipment.
