UNO® Monolith Cation Exchange Columns (CAT#: AM-BP-0706-LC)

The patented continuous bed matrix contained in UNO monolithic ion exchange columns separates biomolecules at high flow rates while maintaining high resolution and capacity. In continuous bed technology, a rigid matrix containing interconnect channels is formed when advanced monomers and ionomers are polymerized directly in a chromatographic column. The channels are large enough to permit rapid hydrodynamic flow at low back pressure. Columns produced by continuous bed matrices have outstanding resolution, speed, capacity, and biomolecule separation value. A homogeneous, non-porous continuous bed matrix enables extremely rapid mass transfer of proteins and eluents to ionic functional groups.
