QuantaSep® Single Use (CAT#: AM-BP-0705-LC)

QuantaSep® is a fully integrated system which can realized the automatic purification process. This sanitary benchtop system supports automatic equilibrium, loading, cleaning, elution, and regeneration of the columns. Each step of the purification process is controlled based on UV, pH, conductivity, time, column volume, volume, air or maximum peak percentage. The computer reads the information to automatically change the buffer and collect the fractions when the sensor monitors the flow of the column.
