Allegro™ Single-Use Chromatography System (CAT#: AM-BP-0696-LC)

The Allegro single-use chromatography system with high flexibility is ideally used for pilot scale, clinical production batches and commercial production. Flexible modular system provides isocratic or gradient setting options for column operation.
The unique pinch valve block supports the system to connect to manifolds in size of 0.95cm internal diameter (ID) and 1.27 cm ID inside diameters, conferring maximum flow rates of 500 L / h and 900 L / h respectively. The operating range of the column is pre-packed or conventional with a diameter of 10-60 cm and membrane chromatography capsules.
