The MultiFlo™ FX Automated Washer and Multi-Mode Dispenser is manufactured by BioTek Instruments. It is a versatile tool for liquid handling workflows. MultiFlo FX automatically performs fast dispensing and washing, gentle medium exchange (for non-adherent or loosely adherent cell detection), and dispensing into individual wells. Its unique Parallel Dispense ™ design allows up to 4 independent reagents to be dispensed in parallel without residue. MultiFlo FX can include one or two peristaltic dispensing pumps, plus two syringe dispensing pumps, and a usable microplate cleaning module. The unique Random Injection Distribution (RAD™) module can automatically distribute changing volumes to discrete wells in 96 or 384-well plates for standardized operations or to automatically build serial dilutions. Integrating MultiFlo FX with a BioSpa 8 autoincubator with a BioTek imager or multi-mode reader provides complete automated workflow automation for many biochemical and cell imaging applications.
