The VaryVac™ Robotically-Controlled Vacuum Nest is manufactured by Hudson Robotics, Inc. It with a unique combination of automatic lid opening and sealing, programmable closed-loop precision closed-loop control, and on-board computer to control and monitor vacuum levels, maintain levels, and then descend. It can be set to notify the user if the required threshold vacuum has not been obtained, such as incomplete vacuum seal due to a damaged plate edge or other reasons. VaryVac can be loaded and operated manually, but is also compatible with most manufacturers' robotic loading systems, including Hudson Controls' own PlateCrane EX.
