405™ TS Microplate Washer Series, BioTek Instruments (CAT#: AM-AUTO-0468-LY)

The 405™ TS Microplate Washer Series is manufactured by BioTek Instruments. The 405™ TS Microplate Cleaner has a high-resolution LED-backlit touch screen interface that provides flexible protocol creation and implementation as well as instrument maintenance and supports all gloved environments. In addition, two integrated flash drives support file storage, transfer, and operation. The 405 TS maintains the same features as the BioTek ELx405 washer, including 96-well and 384-well compatibility, double-acting manifold, Ultrasonic Advantage and vacuum filtration, and biomagnetic separation based on magnetic bead assays. All models include automatic internal buffer switching, quick-release manifolds, and optimized cell-washing features. Their gentle, low flow rates are ideal for loosely adhered cell monolayers. The 405 TS is supported by liquid handling control software and can be used in conjunction with BioTek's BioStack microplate stacker for unattended batch processing.
