AIR-2-HC Filter Fan Unit AIR-2-HC 6P6 manufactured by Galvani is a self-contained unit especially designed for Filling Machines when a higher level of reliability and efficiency is required.
The unit is developed from the AIR-2-AS. It maintains the main construction characteristics but uses high capacity absolute filters greater capacities.
A complete command, control and protection system is built in the unit for convenient control without extra control equipment.
The uniy is easy to install and maintain.
AISI 304 stainless steel plate is used for the solid structure of the container box and key points are reinforced to prevent mechanical resonance of the whole.
G4 class flat disposable prefilter meets EN 779:2012 standard.
The radial electric fan with an EC motor is directly connected to aluminum rotor with reverse blades.
The EC controller is built into the fan for action, control and regulation.
H14 efficiency absolute filters reduces pressure drop and meet EN 1882:2009 standard.
The electrical panel is built into the unit for action, control and protection.
Differential fan and filter status pressure switches are used to actuate an electric switch based on differential pressure.
