Accelerated Solvent Extractor HASE-06, 0-25 MPa (CAT#: STEM-AL2-0437-ZJF)

The HASE-06 is an accelerated solvent extractor for high-temperature and high-pressure extraction. Six extraction channels can operate in parallel, with grouped channels controlled independently. A surrounding heating arrangement provides uniform heating and can raise the system above 125 °C within five minutes. The extraction temperature range extends from ambient temperature to 200 °C with ±1 °C control accuracy. The extraction pressure range is 0-25 MPa with ±0.5 MPa control accuracy. A solvent-management system can automatically mix four solvents in selected proportions. Leak detection and blockage detection can stop an affected channel without interrupting the other extraction channels. Multiple extraction-cell sizes, 50-250 mL collection vessels, graphical process monitoring, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen support flexible extraction workflows.
