11055 Corkscrew-Probe Digital Thermometer, -50 to 300°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-2775-ZJF)

This digital thermometer is designed for temperature measurement in frozen foods, heated products, and food-processing environments. Its corkscrew-shaped tip can penetrate frozen products that are difficult to measure with a conventional straight probe. The instrument covers temperatures from -50 to 300°C. Minimum and maximum values are recorded and displayed for process review. An automatic calibration button supports routine measurement verification. Celsius and Fahrenheit units can be selected from the instrument controls. The IP67 enclosure permits cleaning and disinfection while resisting water and grease. A one-second display refresh provides current measurement information during use. The thermometer operates from a replaceable lithium battery with extended continuous operating life.
