Filter Unit manufactured by Crystalgen, Inc features polyethersulfone (PES) membrane which is one of the finest tissue culture membranes. PES offers low protein binding to reduce the loss of critical protein. Being hydrophilic, no external wetting agents or surfactants are needed, resulting in low extractables. Crystalgen Filter Units feature 1 1/2 turn screw cap, tapered sides and grip indents to improve handling and a wide base to improve stability during use.
