The TwisTorr 84 FS is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The pump uses TwisTorr drag stage technology and Agilent suspension bearings, with high performance, high reliability and economy, while TwisTorr drag stage technology can improve small molecule gases (such as hydrogen and helium Gas) compression ratio.
